HV Electrical Industry Contractor
SOLID Support were recently instructed to review the training needs of a client who operates within the HV Electrical Industry as a multidiscipline contractor. While their workforce all held statutory formal qualifications specific to their role, the Directors wanted to ensure they had the level of skills, training and competence to complete their activities in a safe and compliant manner.
After a full review and assessment, the company was presented with a training package directive, along with supporting Training Framework Guidance, to satisfy their business needs, this included a mixture of:
